YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
This is a full-time position with our electrical team, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or until daily tasks are completed. We offer consistent, year-round work with no seasonal slowdowns.
In this position, you'll start your day from home, heading directly to customer locations in your company-provided truck. You'll troubleshoot electrical issues, perform installations and repairs, and provide expert advice on upgrades and energy-efficient solutions. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, offer transparent pricing, and ensure every job meets the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll leave each workspace cleaner than you found it and each customer more confident in their home. You'll also collaborate with your team, stay current on industry trends, and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.
OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas journeyman or residential wireman's license
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
- Willingness to continue education and training
An electrical certification or apprenticeship, and experience with ServiceTitan are preferred for this role.
