YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As the Human Resources Manager, you are crucial for fostering a positive workplace. You collaborate with leadership and employees to implement essential HR policies and programs. Your role includes recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, overseeing succession planning, and coordinating training and development. You analyze HR data, advise management, and promote our company's core values, all while building strong connections and strengthening our people operations.
Here's what we need from you:
- 5 years of experience in staff management and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Problem analysis/resolution skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- A working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
- Ability to think ahead and plan over 1 to 3 months
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to prepare reports and company-wide business correspondence
- Ability to sit, stand, talk on the phone, and type for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar field is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
