Our company has been serving the San Antonio area's HVAC needs for over 25 years. We just launched in DFW in 2023 and the Houston area in 2024. Our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, service, plumbing, and repair needs. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: YOUR MISSION

As our Human Resources Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the HR function for our region. From policy development and compliance to recruiting, retention, and employee relations, you'll drive strategies that keep our team engaged, supported, and aligned with our mission.

You'll also partner with leadership to shape our workforce planning, training programs, and performance systems, ensuring we're attracting top talent and developing our people for long-term success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with laws and company goals
• Lead regional recruiting, retention, and succession planning strategies
• Oversee performance management, training, development, onboarding, and recognition programs
• Conduct exit interviews and communicate trends and feedback to leadership
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and coach management on best practices
• Track and report on key HR metrics like turnover, time to fill, and retention
• Manage HR budgets and maintain HRIS and ATS systems (ADP preferred)
• Provide day-to-day oversight and development for HR and administrative staff
• Ensure legal compliance while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Balance long-term goals with immediate business needs through strategic planning
• Perform other related duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

• 5 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines: employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (ADP preferred)
• Strong business judgment and ability to work across teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed.
