✨ Be the first friendly face at check-in for hospital or clinic patients
📝 Collect and update patient info (demographics, insurance, signatures)
💳 Verify insurance & eligibility, process co-pays, deductibles, and more
📞 Answer calls like a pro—whether it’s urgent, routine, or “just need directions”
📅 Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments with accuracy
💬 Send clear, professional messages to providers & teammates
📂 Help with scanning, filing, faxing, and other clerical tasks (because details matter!)
🤝 Serve as a resource for patients and your coworkers, and train new teammates
💡 Pitch in with quality improvement projects and cross-train with other departments
