What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers 🦸):
✨ Be the first friendly face at check-in for hospital or clinic patients
📝 Collect and update patient info (demographics, insurance, signatures)
💳 Verify insurance & eligibility, process co-pays, deductibles, and more
📞 Answer calls like a pro—whether it’s urgent, routine, or “just need directions”
📅 Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments with accuracy
💬 Send clear, professional messages to providers & teammates
📂 Help with scanning, filing, faxing, and other clerical tasks (because details matter!)
🤝 Serve as a resource for patients and your coworkers, and train new teammates
💡 Pitch in with quality improvement projects and cross-train with other departments

Qualifications:

Education:	High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:	Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced clinic setting preferred
Preferred Skills:	Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Excellent interpersonal and technical skills Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EHR experience Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of job performance
