Compensation: $28–$45/hour, commensurate with shift preference, experience, and credentials.
*Sign on Bonus: $6,000 for Night Shift

As a Hospital Services RN, you will work in both our Emergency Department and Inpatient Unit, with opportunities to support Outpatient Services as needed. This is an ideal role for a nurse who enjoys variety, values strong clinical skills, and wants the opportunity to care for patients through different stages of their healthcare journey.
You'll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team where you can practice at the top of your license, expand your clinical skills, and build meaningful connections with the patients and families we serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care in both the Emergency Department and Inpatient Unit
- Assess, triage, stabilize, treat, and monitor emergency patients
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for admitted patients throughout their hospital stay
- Respond confidently to emergency and rapidly changing clinical situations
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and transitions of care
- Support Outpatient Services and other hospital-based patient care needs
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support and mentor fellow nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality patient care
- Help create an exceptional experience for every patient and family
What We're Looking For
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification, or ability to obtain within six months
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability and willingness to provide care in both emergency and inpatient settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A desire to continually learn and expand your clinical capabilities
- A passion for serving rural communities
