💼 Why This Role Rocks:

• 💰 Top-tier compensation –  Guaranteed base salary range $235,000 -$350,000 depending on experience.

   ✅Non-production-based compensation model | New physicians base salary starts in the 10-25 percentile range $215,000 - $245,000 | Additional compensation for call (call pay plus wRVUs) is ⬆️$70,000-$100,000

   ✅Possibility to earn more by taking on more shifts

• 🩺 Production-based bonus structure – Earn more with additional RVUs

• 🎉 Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance starting at $20,000

✅ Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Kansas licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Experience in or interest in rural healthcare strongly preferred
