Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is looking for an IT Desktop Support Technician who loves solving problems, helping people, and keeping technology running smoothly in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do
End User Support

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with computers, printers, phones, tablets, and other devices

Install, configure, and maintain workstations, smart devices, and peripherals

Work with third-party vendors to support systems used across ECMC
-
Track incidents accurately and contribute to IT process improvements
💻 Workstation & Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory of computers, monitors, printers, tablets, and accessories

Submit equipment requests and reconcile received items
-
Decommission equipment following organizational policies
🔐 User Administration

Grant, modify, and revoke system access in compliance with policies

Support technology best practices and security standards
🎓 Training & Support

Provide training and guidance to new users

Help staff adapt to new or updated technologies
(Other duties as assigned — because no two days in IT are ever the same!)

High School Diploma required

Associate’s Degree preferred
