What You’ll Do:
As Director of Rehabilitation & Respiratory Therapy, you will:
✅ Lead & Oversee the daily operations of Rehabilitation and Respiratory Therapy, ensuring high-quality patient care.
✅ Mentor & Develop a skilled team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Cardiopulmonary Specialists.
✅ Enhance Patient Outcomes by implementing the latest treatment techniques and developing individualized therapy plans.
✅ Drive Departmental Success through budgeting, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
✅ Engage with the Community by supporting health fairs, outreach programs, and patient education efforts.

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS |

Education: |
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program which typically equates to at least 5 years of formal education or training -OR- Bachelor’s Degree required |
|
Experience: |
Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or Director of Occupational Therapy preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist required. |

Preferred Skills: |

Certifications/Registrations: |
Registered in the state of Kansas as an Occupational Therapist and must maintain registration with appropriate continuing education required. CPR Certification |
