What You’ll Do
✅ Lead & Inspire – Oversee daily operations of Rehabilitation and Respiratory Therapy, ensuring exceptional patient care.
✅ Mentor & Develop – Guide a skilled team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Cardiopulmonary Specialists.
✅ Innovate & Elevate – Implement cutting-edge treatment techniques and expand services through Elevate Health.
✅ Strategic Leadership – Manage budgets, drive departmental goals, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
✅ Community Engagement – Represent ECMC through outreach, health fairs, and education efforts.

About Ellsworth County

Qualifications:Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program which typically equates to at least 5 years of formal education or training -OR- Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or Director of Occupational Therapy preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist required.
Skills:
- Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
- Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
Certifications/ Registrations:
- Registered in the state of Kansas as an Occupational Therapist and must maintain registration with appropriate continuing education required.
