- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
- Drive innovation, technology optimization, and best practices

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS |

Education: |
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or a related field required. Minimum three years leadership experience required. |

Experience: |
Minimum 3 years’ experience in business or operational management or other supervisory experience required; broad knowledge of process and system improvement. Minimum 5 years’ experience working with operational networks preferred. |
