🩺 What You’ll Do

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for ancillary services with accuracy and efficiency

Perform clerical and administrative support functions related to scheduling and patient coordination

Gather, verify, and document required patient information to support accurate interpretation, coding, and billing of services

Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and clinical departments regarding appointment details and preparation

Maintain scheduling systems and ensure compliance with organizational policies and patient privacy standards

Serve as a key liaison between patients and clinical teams to support a positive care experience

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS |

Education: |
1 year in healthcare field 2 years experience in customer orientated services. Ability to work basic computer functions. Ability to use good phone etiquette. |

Experience: |
High school diploma or GED equivalent; medical terminology or complete during 1st year. |

Excellent skills in organization, prioritization and multi-tasking; Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; Excellent interpersonal and technical skills; Strong attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language; Strong independent judgment and decision making skills Must be patient-centered |
