What You’ll Do:
🩺 Provide exceptional primary care – including preventative care, evaluation of new complaints, routine follow-ups for chronic conditions, and clinically indicated emergencies
🔍 Detect early signs of serious health concerns – differentiate between normal and abnormal findings to recognize and address physical, emotional, and mental health concerns early
📊 Drive positive outcomes – focus on achieving state and federally mandated outcome measures and financial incentives
🤝 Collaborate across teams – work closely with all hospital departments, medical staff, and patients to provide seamless, patient-centered care

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS |

Education: |
Completion of an accredited nursing program with master’s degree and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program; or Completion of a four-year accredited physician assistant program and a year of clinical training; or |
Experience: |
Previous experience related to the management of inpatients and ED care required. Women’s Health and/or GYN experience strongly preferred. |

Current state license to practice as a Physician Assistant or APRN, ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, ATLS current or within 6 months of hire, BLS. |
