🩺 Your Role:
As a Nursing Manager, you will be a key part of our Nursing Leadership Team, providing direct oversight of the Emergency Room and Nursing departments. You’ll support the Executive Director of Nursing in promoting excellence in clinical operations, patient care delivery, and professional development.
Your responsibilities include:
✅ Direct supervision of shift activities and clinical staff
✅ Promoting ECMC’s mission, vision, and values
✅ Monitoring service standards and compliance with clinical policies
✅ Leading initiatives for staff development, competency, and performance
✅ Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
All duties are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as ECMC’s quality standards.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS |
|

Education: |
Bachelor’s degree in nursing highly preferred; associate degree required. |
|
Experience: |
Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care nursing, minimum 2 years’ experience in ER required. Demonstrated leadership with 3 years management experience and Critical Access Hospital experience preferred. |

Certifications/Registrations: |
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas, ACLS and PALS current or within 6 months of hire, TNCC current or within 1 year of hire, CPR current |
