- Experience in early childhood education is a plus—but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher with fun, engaging lesson plans and activities
- Help create a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Observe and support children’s growth and development
- Ensure children are supervised and safe at all times
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
- Follow KDHE guidelines and center policies
- Complete daily health and safety checks
- Participate in trainings and professional development
- Be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference
