As a Senior People Partner (GTM), you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

You will blend strategic advisory with hands-on execution, owning some of the most critical and complex people initiatives across the organization.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to align people strategy with commercial objectives
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies
- Own complex employee relations, performance management, and risk mitigation
- Drive talent velocity, succession planning, and high-potential development
- Use data and AI-enabled tools to generate insights and inform decision-making
- Coach senior leaders and managers to build high-performing, accountable teams
- Support transformation, scaling, and M&A integration initiatives across the business
Key skills required:
Core Requirements
- 5–10 years of HR experience within high-growth tech or scale-up environments
- Proven experience partnering with senior commercial/GTM leaders
- Strong employee relations expertise (complex cases, investigations, performance)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen—able to connect people strategy to business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-growth environments
- Experience leveraging AI / data-driven approaches in HR
