We’re partnering with a high-growth, category-defining consumer brand to hire a HR Business Partner / HR Leader to support a rapidly scaling business at the intersection of consumer products, digital commerce, and brand.
This is a builder role — designed for someone who wants to operate inside the business, not alongside it.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership teams
- Support organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling efforts
- Coach and develop leaders in a high-growth environment
- Navigate employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment
- Identify people risks and proactively drive solutions
- Help build fit-for-purpose people processes aligned to business growth
Key skills required:
Core requirements
- 7–12 years HR experience
- Background in high-growth consumer, eCommerce, retail, or CPG environments
- Strong HRBP experience supporting commercial / GTM functions
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience coaching leaders and influencing at senior levels
