About Us
Elliott Frazier Law is a growing law firm focused on delivering exceptional client experiences in both Family Law and Personal Injury. We combine compassionate advocacy with a results-driven approach, ensuring our clients feel supported while achieving the best possible outcomes.
Our firm is built on accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. As we grow, having accurate, timely, and well-organized financial information is critical to how we make decisions — and this role plays a central part in making that possible.
Position Overview
This is a part-time, in-office role responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions of the firm, including accounts payable and receivable, client trust accounting, reconciliations, billing and collections support, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. - Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding balances, and attorney/client billing
- Track retainer payments, replenishments, refunds, and other client-related transactions

- Maintain accounting dashboards to give management visibility into revenue, collections, A/R, cash flow, and billing activity
- Identify meaningful financial trends and communicate significant changes to management
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial projections as requested
Payroll, Cash Management & Internal Controls
- Coordinate payroll processing with the firm's payroll provider and reconcile related accounts
- Audit and approve employee timesheets prior to payroll processing
- Review and reconcile expense reports, including reconciliation to client billing when appropriate

- Write checks and process accounts payable payments as needed, ensuring all payments are properly recorded and accounted for
- Monitor operating cash balances, reconcile deposits and withdrawals, and assist with cash-flow planning
- Support internal controls, approval processes, and identification of errors or fraud risk
Financial Systems, Tax & Outside Coordination
- Maintain accuracy within the firm's accounting systems and integrate with billing, banking, and case-management platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reduce manual processes
