In Search Of a Legal Assistant/Receptionist
Small Law Firm is seeking to fill a Legal Receptionist/Assistant position. The Firm specializes in Tax law, but also has a strong Estate Planning practice. Our new team member must be hard working and self-motivated.
Job Description:
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Dictation
- Sorting Mail
- Data entry and Spreadsheet preparation
- Creating new client files
- Assisting members of the office with all other day to day operations
Requirements for the position are as follows:
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in written communication to include spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Familiarity with Apple computers and Mac OS
- Excellent verbal communication skills both in person and over the phone
