Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including check-in procedures, scheduling appointments, and maintaining call logs.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Assist with administrative support duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer service inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is a plus.
