Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including check-in procedures, scheduling appointments, and maintaining call logs.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with administrative support duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer service inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards.
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and filing tasks.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
