Our client, a growing engineering and infrastructure firm, is seeking a Transportation Engineer III to support roadway and highway design projects. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle while also taking on increasing responsibility in project execution, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support roadway and transportation design projects from concept through construction
- Prepare engineering plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Perform data analysis, field reviews, and technical evaluations
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies
- Participate in public meetings, stakeholder engagement, and presentations
- Support proposal development and grant applications
- Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in task delegation
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead in the preparation of grant applications and associated services related to funding programs.
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
