The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring a positive and high-performing workplace environment. This individual will play a visible, hands-on role across the organization, working closely with both employees and leadership to support day-to-day HR needs while helping to shape culture and strengthen overall employee experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance, conducting investigations, and driving fair, consistent outcomes
- Partner closely with site leadership to support workforce needs, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Actively contribute to building and sustaining a positive, engaged workplace culture through on-site presence and employee engagement initiatives
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a strong employee experience from day one
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records, reporting, and HR documentation
- Assist in administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, and policy implementation
- Analyze HR data (turnover, engagement, workforce trends) to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong employee relations experience, ideally supporting hourly or operations-heavy environments
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving setting
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to pull and interpret HR metrics
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset
