We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support across core human resources functions. Responsibilities:
- Serving as a day-to-day point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries
- Managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Assisting with recruiting efforts by coordinating postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Supporting benefits administration and responding to employee questions
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within HRIS systems
- Assisting with employee relations matters, helping resolve concerns in alignment with company policy
- Contributing to the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Coordinating training and development programs in partnership with Learning & Development teams
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Preparing HR reports and metrics for review by leadership
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience or related work in people operations
- Knowledge of employment laws and general HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
