POSITION REQUIREMENTS
ERCC is seeking a Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, and to provide supplemental clerical support for Administration. Position is Partial Part-time (PPT) which is less than 30 hours per week and unbenefited. Evening hours during the week and day/evening hours on the weekend.
Requirements include:
Ability to operate Switchboard console
Ability to work with confidential information
Good clerical and office equipment skills
Computer skills required
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good people skills
Work all shifts as needed, weekends, holidays
Various Shifts Monday – Sunday
Vacation, Sick, and Holiday relief as needed
