Dietary Aide / Kitchen Helper

Full-Time | $14.00 per hour

At Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center (ERCC), we care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or transitioning into long-term care. As a Dietary Aide, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive mealtime experience for our residents.

What You'll Do

· Set up food trays and deliver meal carts to resident areas

· Prepare snacks and between-meal nourishments

· Help plate and serve meals on the tray line

· Assist with basic food prep and beverage service

· Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and work areas

· Support the dietary team with additional kitchen tasks as needed

This is a full-time position working 12:30pm – 8:30pm, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Who You Are

· Friendly, dependable, and a strong team player

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

· Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions

· Experienced in food service, restaurants, or hospitality (preferred but not required)

If you've worked in a restaurant kitchen, cafeteria, or hospital food service, you'll feel right at home here.
