Nursing care with a personal connection

ERCC serves residents receiving short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care. As an LPN, you’ll help provide the attentive, consistent care they depend on—whether they’re working toward recovery or making ERCC their home.

Working within your licensed scope of practice and facility procedures, you’ll:

· Provide nursing care according to residents’ individualized care plans.

· Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

· Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate clinical team members.

· Contribute to care planning and coordinate with nursing staff and other care team members.

· Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

· Follow infection-control, medication safety, and resident safety procedures.

· Communicate respectfully with residents and families while protecting privacy and dignity.

· A current LPN license valid for practice in West Virginia.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week position with a primary shift of 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Weekend and holiday coverage is required according to department scheduling needs.
