HIRING RANGE: Morning Shift-$23.23-$25.83/hour based on education & position related experience. Evening/Midnight Shift-$24.23-$26.83/hour based on education & position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

This position will be responsible for providing direct care supervision and program services to all residents. This position will also be responsible for meeting the safety/security and emotional needs of all residents.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice or human service delivery preferred
- Must obtain proper certifications within first 6 months of employment and maintain those certifications
- Valid Drivers' License
- Hepatitis B Vaccine Eligible
- Pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical exam required
