Job Summary
Responsible for providing general maintenance for County buildings and grounds; maintaining proper heating/cooling functions of County buildings; repairing and preventive maintenance on boilers, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems in County buildings; monitoring operational factors of building operations.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Possession and ability to maintain license in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems or 5 years experience in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems maintenance and repair
Working knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and appliances and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work and locksmithing functions
