What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Property Management & Maintenance LLC?
Full time maintenance technician needed for fast growing property management company. Prefer someone with experience in wide range of residential maintenance - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, general carpentry, etc, but will train the right individual. EPA Type II Certification is a plus. A good work ethic, attitude, honesty, and integrity are some required attributes. Company van furnished during work hours. Need own hand tools, but the other equipment will be furnished. Must have a good driving record and able to pass drug testing. Criminal background check is required.
