Job Description
We are seeking a full time friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical office. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out patients
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple providers
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous medical office or front desk experience.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Language:
- English (Spanish a plus)
