Role Description
This can be full or part-time, on-site role located in Morristown, NJ. As a Bridal Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the perfect attire for special occasions. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, recommending styles, coordinating fittings, and driving sales while maintaining the standards of the luxury experience Elizabeth Johns is known for.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients
- Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales to drive results and achieve targets. Previous bridal experience preferred but not required.
- Styling expertise to assist customers in selecting attire that fits their vision and needs
- Attention to detail and ability to create a personalized shopping experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required in a retail environment
