Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Philadelphia, PA. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting computer and software issues, assisting with desktop computer and printer repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The individual will also work with end-users to resolve technical challenges and maintain system performance to ensure an optimal working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and ability to assist end-users effectively
- Experience with Desktop Computers, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Knowledge of Printer Support and expertise in configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Hands-on experience in Computer Repair, including hardware replacements and upgrades
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Philadelphia, PA
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus
- Prior experience in an IT support role is preferred
