In this role, you’ll transform creative vision into reality, translating design concepts into impeccably constructed gowns that reflect our commitment to quality, fit and innovation. Working closely with our Design, Merchandising, and Production teams, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of technical excellence and bridal elegance. This position is responsible for managing samples, leading fittings, developing tech packages, and maintaining consistent communication with cross-functional teams and vendors throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage tracking of all samples
- Accurately spec garments and prepare all samples for fittings
- Lead first-fit sample fittings, taking clear and concise notes for vendor comments ensuring all corrections were made
- Input images into Technical Packages after each fitting and share with all necessary parties
- Manage all sample/first fit comments/approvals and communicate to vendors/production team
- Create development Tech Packs twice a year for new season sketches
- Responsible for fittings during our bi-annual Line Review to write fit comments and clearly communicate to vendors
- Assisting to standardize color and fabric standards across all vendors
- Collaborate on new collection creation, enter fabric codes and BOM and maintenance in the PLM system
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a fashion-related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design or a related field
- Background in garment construction, patternmaking and fit analysis, with hands-on experience in fittings for structured or complex garments
- Working knowledge of sewing techniques, grading, draping & fabric behavior is a plus!
- Proficiency with design software (ie: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with PLM systems and familiarity with BOM creation and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple samples and track product information
- Detail-oriented with the ability to measure and document technical specifications accurately
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product development and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise vendor communications
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, seasonal calendar with strong ownership over deliverables
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to new challenges
- Passionate about bridal fashion, craftsmanship and maintaining the design integrity of our brands
Compensation & Benefits:
This role has an anticipated base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills and internal equity. Justin Alexander offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
