A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a 4th–8th year Associate to join its Real Estate practice in Washington, DC. The role requires significant, broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Joint venture experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should be capable of first-chairing smaller transactions, second-chairing larger matters, or running deals independently, depending on experience level. Strong drafting ability, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients are essential.
The firm is widely recognized for its work across industries where business and law intersect and maintains a substantial national and international footprint, advising corporations, government entities, private clients, and trade associations.
The good-faith base salary range for this position is $245,000–$365,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, the firm offers a robust bonus structure, including hours-based productivity bonuses, business development incentives, and merit-based performance bonuses, which may range from $10,000 to $200,000 .
