Requirements & Skills
- Full-time; In office role
- 2 or more years of litigation experience
- 1st chair trial experience a plus
- Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented
