What You'll Do

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise and collaborate with therapy technicians to provide outstanding patient care.
• Maintain productivity expectations while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs using our preferred patient education platform.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient progress.
• Assist with daily clinic operations as needed to support an efficient team environment.
• Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral level degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required
• Minimum two years’ experience in a physician office or orthopedic setting (new graduates must demonstrate superior ability to perform through a clinical affiliation or by other comparable means)
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Tennessee
• Extensive training in orthopedic care and manual therapy preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge in exercise physiology, biomechanics and exercise prescription
• Ability to manage treatment of multiple patients, administer appropriate modalities and supervise technicians
• Working knowledge of billing issues, CPT codes and basic knowledge of insurance related issues
• Comfortable effectively using MS office programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Great verbal and written communication
• Neat and professional appearance
• Able to maintain company legal and professional confidentiality requirements across employees, patients, and clients
