What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthopedic Scheduling Supervisor position at Elite Sports Medicine?
The Orthopedic Scheduling Supervisor will assist the Director of Administration by participating in hiring, training, mentoring, measuring and supervising of excellent and productive teams in the following areas of responsibility: Scheduling Team including Workman’s Compensation and Operator Team.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to scheduling team members
- Partner with the Team Lead to reinforce expectations and drive performance
- Oversee daily scheduling operations and ensure productivity standards are met
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards
- Review scheduling accuracy and address errors and trends
- Support workflow consistency and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and review reports on scheduling performance and key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve scheduling challenges
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills
