Elite Sports Medicine Orthopedics is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Scheduling Supervisor to support our Administrative Manager and oversee scheduling operations across our organization.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day performance for our scheduling team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional patient experience. You’ll oversee Queue Scheduling, Referral Scheduling, and Work Comp Scheduling.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to scheduling team members
- Partner with the Team Lead to reinforce expectations and drive performance
- Oversee daily scheduling operations and ensure productivity standards are met
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards
- Review scheduling accuracy and address errors and trends
- Support workflow consistency and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and review reports on scheduling performance and key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve scheduling challenges
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

- Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
