As a Front Desk Specialist at Elite Sports Medicine Orthopedics, you’ll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for every patient visit. You’ll ensure each patient feels valued and supported while keeping our front desk operations running smoothly across multiple locations. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to directly impact the patient experience.
This full-time position may require travel between our Midtown, Centennial, Green Hills, Brentwood, and Franklin locations throughout the week, Monday–Friday, during standard office hours.

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients warmly as they arrive for appointments
-
Accurately enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information
-
Scan and organize patient IDs, insurance cards, and required forms
-
Collect co-pays, deposits, and balances while explaining payment policies clearly
-
Provide coverage for Operator as needed, directing calls and messages professionally

Support the Medical Records team by scanning and uploading documents

Complete daily front desk and facility checklists

Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards

Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and special projects
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college or trade school preferred)

Experience in a medical office, front desk, or customer service environment

Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
