Front Desk Specialist - Full Time

Your primary location will be Brentwood, but you’ll also travel to our other clinics including Midtown, Centennial, Green Hills, and Franklin.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Verify insurance and demographic information

• Collect co-pays, deposits, and outstanding balances

• Support clinic operations and administrative tasks

• Assist with medical records, scheduling, and patient communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service skills

• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records

• Flexible to travel between clinic locations (primary in Brentwood)

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/trade school preferred)

• Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
