Andy Mohr Buick GMC is looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-volume new vehicle sales department.

This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who understands how to desk deals, maximize gross, manage a sales team, and drive consistent results in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume new vehicle sales management and knows how to balance sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, coach, and motivate the New Car Sales team
  

• Desk and structure approximately 75–100 deals per month
  

• Work closely with sales consultants to maximize closing opportunities and gross profit
  

• Structure and negotiate deals across various customer and credit situations
  

• Utilize effective leasing and deal-structuring strategies
  

• Monitor daily sales activity, appointments, closing ratios, gross, and other key performance metrics
  

• Hold the sales team accountable to dealership processes and performance expectations
  

• Ensure consistent CRM usage and follow-up
  

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales consultants
  

• Work closely with Finance and the General Sales Manager to achieve dealership objectives
  

• Monitor inventory, pricing, and market conditions
  

• Help maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction results
  

• Lead by example while creating a professional and performance-driven sales environment
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Previous experience as an Automotive New Car Sales Manager
  

• Proven experience in a high-volume dealership
  

• Strong desking and deal-structuring skills
  

• Experience managing new vehicle sales
  

• Strong understanding of gross profit and profitability
  

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold sales professionals accountable
  

Preferred:

• Domestic franchise dealership experience
  

• General Motors experience
  

• Strong leasing and F&I knowledge
  

• Experience managing 75 deals per month
