Andy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our high-volume new vehicle sales department. Compensation
- Up to $200,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing new vehicle sales team
- Desk and structure 75–100 deals per month
- Maximize profitability through effective deal management and leasing strategies
- Maintain CSI scores above regional averages
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants
- Ensure accountability to sales processes, CRM follow-up, and daily performance metrics
- Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to achieve dealership sales objectives
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance to maximize results
Qualifications
- Required: Automotive New Car Sales Manager experience
- Experience in a high-volume dealership required
- Domestic franchise experience preferred
- General Motors (GM) experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong desking, leasing, and deal structuring skills
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold sales teams accountable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability
