EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE LEADER & COACH WANTED

Bill Luke is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales & BDC Trainer to help develop, coach, and strengthen our BDC and Sales teams.

This is a hands-on training and coaching position for someone who understands the automotive dealership environment, knows how to read performance metrics, and can work one-on-one with employees to help them improve.

If you have BDC Manager experience, automotive sales experience, and a passion for developing people, this could be a great opportunity to grow with a well-established, family-owned dealership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:

• Previous BDC Manager experience
  

• Automotive dealership sales experience
  

• Strong understanding of the automotive sales and BDC process
  

• Experience coaching, training, or developing employees
  

• Strong CRM experience
  

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

• Reynolds Focus CRM experience
  

• Experience training both BDC and Sales teams
  

• Proven ability to improve employee performance and accountability
  

We're looking for someone who is patient, organized, energetic, and confident coaching others. You should be comfortable working with employees at different experience levels and know how to turn coaching into measurable results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Sales & BDC Trainer, you'll work directly with our BDC and Sales teams to improve performance, consistency, and customer engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching with team members who need additional support
  

• Train and develop BDC representatives and sales professionals
  

• Monitor daily performance and identify coaching opportunities
  

• Track key metrics including calls, texts, appointments, shows, and sales
  

• Review individual and team performance with leadership
  

• Coach employees on communication, follow-up, appointment setting, and closing techniques
  

• Help team members improve their workflow, time management, and daily productivity
  

• Reinforce dealership processes, expectations, and best practices
  

• Identify performance issues early and create actionable coaching plans
  

• Motivate employees and help build a positive, accountable team environment
  

• Work closely with management to ensure training is aligned with dealership goals
  

• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement after initial training
  

• Help new team members get up to speed quickly and effectively
