Position Summary ELITE Public Schools is seeking a Part-Time, As-Needed Outreach Worker to support enrollment efforts, family engagement, and community outreach initiatives. Outreach Workers assist through digital promotion, flyer distribution, and staffing community events. This role is ideal for current ELITE parents/guardians, alumni, or staff who are well-connected within the local community and can serve as positive ambassadors for the school. Duties & Responsibilities Share approved ELITE Public Schools outreach messaging via social media and personal networks Distribute school-approved flyers and materials in assigned neighborhoods Represent ELITE Public Schools at community events and outreach activities Engage prospective families professionally and positively Follow all ELITE branding, messaging, and outreach guidelines Submit proof of completed outreach activities Work flexible, task-based assignments as needed Qualifications Active involvement in the local community Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Parents/guardians of current ELITE students strongly encouraged to apply Employment Information Classification: Part-Time, As-Needed Schedule: Hours vary based on outreach needs; no guaranteed hours Pay Rate: $24.00/hour Benefits: Not benefits-eligible Employment Status: At-Will ELITE Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
