Duties Include:
- Directing and developing nursing staff
- Promote and restores the patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area
- Ensuring nursing operational standards are met
- Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management, and perform necessary RN duties
- Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team
