Director of Nursing Responsibilities/Duties Include: • Directing and developing nursing staff to include assisting with scheduling of nursing department staff • Promote and restores the patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area • Ensuring nursing operational standards are met • Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management and perform necessary RN duties • Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team.
