JD:

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud suite including Data Management, EPBCS (Planning), and FCCS (Consolidation).Architect and implement end-to-end EPM and PPM workflows, including batch schedules, data and metadata management, metadata loads, automation, and security.
• Lead transformation initiatives by proposing innovative and automated solutions in EPM and PPM environments.
• Collaborate with RD PMO, RD Finance, Corporate Finance, and other business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive requirements documents, statements of work, and solution proposals.
• Design and validate complex EPM and PPM architectures ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Integrate EPM and PPM systems with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Kronos, JIRA, Tableau, and SuccessFactors.
• Develop data models and architectures to support accurate financial data collection, storage, and analysis.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution whiteboarding.
• Deliver assignments within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
