Industrial Engineer

Location: Kerkade, Netherlands
Contract Length: 12 months, full-time, On-site

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Team Engineers will be responsible for supporting process changes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Support Core Team Engineers with engineering activities related to process changes.
• Perform general engineering tasks, including updating standards, conducting time studies, documenting processes, and creating/approving change requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in current processes.
• Apply knowledge of pFMEA, validation, and qualification requirements.
• Participate in go-live activities and deliver local training.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the site.
• Ensure Safety and Quality, improve Service, and reduce Cost.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering roles (industrial/manufacturing).
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must-have: Supply chain experience (preferably in a warehouse environment).
• Preferred: Experience in the medical devices industry and familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA.
