Key Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil utility projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls within software's
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field crews
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Oversee job progress, production, and change orders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3 years of civil utility construction experience required
- 2 years of project management experience required
- Strong knowledge of underground utilities, grading, and site work
- Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In Office Nashville, Tennessee
