This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Indianapolis, IN. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of drivers and logistics. This includes assigning routes, monitoring deliveries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. The Dispatcher will also need to communicate effectively with both drivers and customers to resolve any issues that arise during deliveries.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with route planning and logistics management
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and technology
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or a related field is beneficial
