Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary Care / Family Medicine Full-Time

What You'll Do

As a primary care NP or PA, you'll manage a diverse patient panel across the full spectrum of family medicine — acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and care coordination. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team with real ancillary support so you can focus on what you do best: taking care of patients.

• Manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Conduct wellness exams, preventive screenings, and immunizations
• Collaborate with behavioral health, care management, and specialty teams
• Prescribe and manage medications with appropriate follow-up
• Provide patient education and support self-management
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR

What You Bring

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA licensure (or eligibility)
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred — new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
