Telephonic Triage RN – Pain Management

🕐 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Join a leading outpatient Pain Management practice dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through compassionate, coordinated care. We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical phone triage and care coordination in a supportive, weekday-only environment — no nights, weekends, or hospital stress.
About the Role
As a Telephonic Triage RN, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for patients before and after procedures. You’ll assess symptoms, provide education, and coordinate care to ensure each patient receives the highest level of support throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Review medical histories and assess patient symptoms and severity
• Manage the nurse phone line for pre- and post-procedure needs
• Initiate emergency interventions when appropriate
• Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to support seamless care flow
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and pain management
What We’re Looking For
• Active Georgia RN license
• Excellent communication and assessment skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Experience in pain management, triage, or surgical environments preferred
